We build individual enterprise cloud solutions on the Salesforce platform, we implement applications for the Internet of Things, we realize mobile apps for customer service and field service. We implement a wide range of projects for our customers - what they have in common is the development of digital products and platforms.
Our guiding principle: We help our customers to master their digital transformation and to be successful with their digital products.
In our "lean & agile" corporate culture, we are organized in a lean and flexible way, working in teams and project structures. Most of our projects are in-house, our more than 50 employees are spread across our locations in Sindelfingen, Bremen and India.
We are looking for digitalization forward thinkers and software experts with vision and passion for outstanding results. So ideally you're an IT expert and open to innovative approaches, you observe trends and value a professional and team-oriented way of working. You are comfortable with agile approaches, are willing to learn every day and actively contribute your expertise. You want to inspire others, are customer-oriented and have good communication skills, and want to help our customers succeed with their digital products.
What else is important to us
We generally expect a degree in computer science or business informatics or similar fields of study. Career starters are welcome: Colleagues provide on-the-job training support. Good German skills are important, English skills highly desirable.
Openness
The experience, skills and strengths of each individual are an important foundation. But specifically for our projects and our value proposition, the whole team and its efficiency and results are crucial. We have some diversity in nationalities, age, experience and regionality.
But what we all have in common is a constructive attitude, open communication, respect, reliability and fairness. Open exchange among each other and also across all project teams is desired. In addition to a modern toolchain, we regularly use Friday afternoons for internal meetings, combined with lectures, table soccer tournaments or snacks.
Professional Development
You will continuously develop your technical and methodological skills based on your own preferences within the team. We provide you with the necessary tools through certifications, changing topics or teams and new roles. We also support personal growth in a targeted manner: lean structures mean that you are quickly given responsibility, and those who contribute are supported.
