Salesforce / Agentforce Consultant (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Salesforce / Agentforce Consultant and Developer for our Indian practice.

You will work directly with our European / German manufacturing clients in presales and consulting engagements.

Together with our Salesforce development team you will also engage in development and contribute to our Salesforce-native IoT Asset Management product and various customer projects.

Your Tasks are:

• Architect, design and develop cutting edge AI solutions on the Agentforce platform

• Run AI Proof of Concepts

• Take part in presales as consultant for requirements gathering and solution design

• Work on our IoT Asset Management for Salesforce product

• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce ecosystem developments

We support specialist departments with extensive service experience and support IT implementation with our own standard modules and specialized Salesforce experts.

This is what we think what it needs for the job:

• Strong to excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

• At least 5 years of professional experience with Salesforce

• Hands-on project experience with Agentforce, Agentic AI and general AI

• Experience working directly with customers or in presales assignments

• Agentforce Associate and Specialist certifications

• Customer orientation and solution-oriented work 

• Systematic, networked thinking and independent working style 

A plus would be:

• Data Cloud experience / certification

• Experience in the manufacturing domain

• Previous work on Salesforce-based products
