Salesforce Solution Engineer (Senior, Remote, India, m/f/d)

We are hiring a (Senior) Salesforce Solution Engineer for our India-based team to support presales, consulting, and delivery for European manufacturing clients. You will translate business requirements into working Salesforce solutions and coordinate with our development team to ensure timely delivery.

You’ll be directly involved in:

• Requirement analysis and solution design

• Client workshops, demos, and feedback cycles

• Coordinating developers and stakeholders to align on implementation

• Sprint planning, estimation, and technical reviews

• Maintaining long-term customer relationships through consistent communication

• Supporting the team with mentoring and knowledge sharing

You’ll also contribute hands-on to our own Salesforce-native IoT Asset Management product and various customer projects.

Example projects:

• A Salesforce-based IoT Asset Management solution used to manage wind turbines, induction furnaces, packaging machines

  • Includes a Heroku-based telemetry platform for prediction and AI — your focus will be on integration

• Custom portals and internal tools integrated with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and IoT systems

• Partner applications on AppExchange (e.g. TeamViewer)

• Custom development using the Agentforce platform

What you should bring:

• 5–7 years of experience on the Salesforce platform, especially with Apex and Lightning

• Ability to turn business requirements into working Salesforce solutions

• Clear written and spoken English — you’ll be in regular contact with German clients

• Experience guiding developers in an agile environment (e.g. task breakdown, code reviews)

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and structured development workflows

Nice to have:

• Experience with Heroku, Heroku Connect, or App Link

• Familiarity with the Agentforce platform

• Exposure to IoT or AI-related integrations

• Knowledge of Salesforce DX, JavaScript, or Java
